BattleBots IQ
BattleBots IQ ("BBIQ") is an educational program that promotes math, science, engineering expertise, competitive sportsmanship and creativity among teams.

Through partnerships with local businesses, students are privileged to participant in the Bots IQ competitions annually. The students, operating as a team with adult supervision and guidance, design and create their Battlebot to compete against other bots from local high schools'. This competition allows students to determine the supplies for building the bot, create an indestructible design and drive it in the competitive arena at Discovery World in Milwaukee. Students research materials, manufacturing processes and design concepts while building the bot.

Financial Literacy
The goal of Financial Fitness 101 is to enable students to participate in an interactive experience to explore their knowledge of basic skills in the management of personal financial affairs. Students research career paths, determine the job outlook and salary compensation for that career and then are challenged to provide for all their basic living expenses based upon their salary constraints.

Volunteers from the community provide real-life examples of the costs of everyday living expenses and advise students on financial decisions. Students are prepared to make decisions based on the personal financial management skills curriculum they have studied in the classroom. The event consists of facing the reality of life choices, making financially wise decisions and determining how to meet financial obligations.

Graduation
Graduation is the ultimate goal of every student in Second Chance Partners. Upon completion of the 21 month program, the curriculum and the Manufacturing Youth Apprentice requirements, Second Chance Partners provides a graduation celebration for students, mentors, business partners and families. Seniors prepare and deliver personal testimonials as part of this celebration. The experience provides an opportunity for students to thank their mentors and employers, to provide personal stories of their transition to successful young adulthood and share their future plans.

Students are also welcome to participate in their home high school's graduation ceremony by virtue of completing their high school requirements through Second Chance Partners.
